1. Scope

This policy covers the website empathyability.com and PL HOUSE Channel Tools, a private tool that the owner of the YouTube channel 플리하우스 (PL HOUSE) uses to operate that channel through Google APIs.

2. Website visitors

We do not ask visitors for personal information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

We may show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info. 3. PL HOUSE Channel Tools — data accessed through Google APIs

With the channel owner's permission, the tool accesses the owner's YouTube channel information, videos, playlists, captions and comments (YouTube Data API) and aggregated channel statistics (YouTube Analytics API). It does not access data of any other user.

The data is used only to upload and schedule the owner's videos, manage captions, playlists and descriptions, notify the owner about new comments, and report channel performance to the owner. Access tokens are stored only on the owner's own computer. No data is sold, shared with or transferred to third parties, or used for advertising. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions.

The tool uses YouTube API Services; see the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
